How to reach us

• Email: info@voicehelden.nl. This is the fastest route, because you can attach everything we need straight away.
• Contact page: for a demo or a sales question, go to the contact page.

We have no SLA and therefore no agreed response time. If you need one, ask — we arrange that by hand, not with a button.

What to include

With these four we can answer almost any question without a round trip:

• Your 085 number. That is how we find your account.
• The date and time of the call that went wrong, as precisely as you know it. A call from “yesterday morning” takes longer to find.
• What you expected and what happened. “It should have booked an appointment but said it would call back” tells us more than “it does not work”.
• A screenshot if it is about the dashboard.

If it is about forwarding, add which handset you use (Android, iPhone or a landline) and which carrier. With that question it is almost always the cause — see Setting up call forwarding.

What not to email

• Your password. We never ask for it and do not need it.
• More of your customers’ data than the question needs. One caller’s phone number is enough to find a call.

Do you think something is down?

There is no status page yet where you can check. So email us: if something is broken, we often hear it from you before our own alerts.

Not a support question

• Sales or a quote for multiple numbers or several calls at once: same address, we set that up by hand.
• Privacy and your data — access, deletion, the data processing agreement: email the same address and we pass it on.
