Who we are
VoiceHelden is the trading name of Dirivian B.V., based at Startup Village on the Amsterdam Science Park. The company was founded by Steven van Asbeck, with a background in development, product and business development. Since September 2026 he has worked alone: strategy, product, code and customer contact land with the same person. Ask a question and the person who builds the product answers it.
What we build
An AI phone assistant for business owners, in Dutch and in English if the caller speaks English. It works on your own number: you forward your calls, 24/7 or only when you can't pick up. It answers questions based on what you have told it, books appointments straight into your Google Calendar and otherwise takes a message with the caller's name, number and reason. Every call sits in your dashboard with a summary and a transcript.
The assistant says on every call that it is an AI. Technically it runs on Telnyx for telephony and Google's Gemini Live for the conversation; what it cannot do yet is listed honestly on the pricing page.
How we work
Self-service. You create an account yourself, answer a few questions about your business and hear the assistant on the phone before it goes live. The first 30 days are free; you enter your card up front and the first charge is only after 30 days. Then from €79 a month, excl. VAT, cancel monthly from your dashboard. No notice period, no sales call you have to sit through first.
We put something on the site only once it works. What you read here, the assistant does today.
