Where can we reach you?

How you set it up

The restaurant route asks about your reservation system and your limits. Then you run a test call in your browser.

Choose your reservation system

Pick Guestplan, Zenchef, Formitable, TheFork, MeetFrank or Tableo. The system then shows as Connection pending: a working connection does not exist yet.

Decide what the assistant may do

Choose whether it may change and cancel reservations. Without a connection it changes nothing in your system.

Choose what belongs with your team

Mark the requests that always belong with a team member: allergies and dietary needs, groups and events, or your own. Then you test the call.

Before you start

Can I go live yet?

No. For restaurants you cannot start a subscription or get a number yet. Going live needs a working connection with your reservation system, and that does not exist yet. You can set up the assistant and test it in your browser.

What does it cost?

Building and testing in your browser is free and needs no card. For restaurants you cannot start a subscription yet, so we state no price for this route. See the prices for routes that can go live →

Can the assistant make reservations yet?

No. It does not make, change or cancel reservations in any system yet, and it cannot see which tables are free. It never confirms a reservation that was not actually recorded.

Can it answer questions about allergens?

No. In the settings you can mark allergies and dietary needs as requests that always belong with a team member. Your team does not get a notification about them yet.

Can it transfer callers or send guests a confirmation?

Not yet. It cannot transfer callers to a team member or send your guest a confirmation.

Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The assistant always says it is an AI, in the test call too.
