You first build and test your AI receptionist. When you start the subscription in Stripe Checkout, you choose how to start. On the trial the 7 free days begin there and you enter your card; the first charge follows after 7 days, from €79 a month, excl. VAT, and cancelling before that date means no subscription payment is charged. Pay now instead and there is no trial: 20% comes off every invoice and you get a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first invoice.
Yes. You forward your existing number to your AI receptionist. You choose whether to forward all calls or only when you are unavailable. We guide you through the steps for your number.
Your company name and website. Choose what your AI receptionist should do and check the information we prepare from your site. For automatic appointment booking, connect your Google Calendar and choose the calendar it may use.
The first 7 days include 1,000 minutes on every plan. After that, Starter includes 1,000, Business 3,000 and Pro 5,000 minutes per month. Additional minutes cost €0.30 each, excl. VAT. The allowance renews monthly, including with yearly billing.
You can cancel renewal yourself from your dashboard, including during the trial. Monthly plans run until the end of the paid month. If you choose yearly payment with 20% off, access continues until the end of the paid year. Paid periods are not refunded.
