Telephony and speech processing run in Europe. Call storage is in Europe (europe-west1). Some of the processing functions currently still run in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. We work with a data processing agreement that states, per sub-processor, what it processes and where, and you can have data deleted at any time. Right now with Google Calendar: appointments the assistant books land there directly. Other integrations, such as reservation systems or a CRM, do not exist yet.

If the AI can't answer a question, the call can be forwarded to a team member. You can set up when and to whom calls are forwarded. Additionally, you'll receive a notification so you're always informed.
